I and my unit are aware of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues relating to the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Environmental Pollution, the Action Plan for the Reform of Hebei Province to Strengthen the Supervision and Utilization and Disposal Capacity of Hazardous Waste, and other laws, regulations and normative documents, and strictly abide by them. In this regard, I and the organization undertake as follows:
"Strictly fulfill the main responsibility of hazardous waste pollution prevention and control of the environment, seriously implement the standardized management system of hazardous waste and the related collection, storage, transportation, utilization, disposal and other standards and norms, strengthen staff training, know the law and abide by the law, and ensure that laws, regulations and normative requirements are implemented in place."
-- Formulate hazardous waste management plans in accordance with regulations, establish hazardous waste management accounts, and truthfully declare the types, production, flow direction, storage, disposal and other relevant information of hazardous waste to the ecological environment department through the Hebei Solid Waste information platform (connected with the national Hazardous health information management platform).
(3) Manage the whole process of hazardous waste collection, storage, transportation, utilization and disposal, do not illegally dump or pile hazardous waste, do not store hazardous waste beyond the prescribed period or quantity, do not provide or entrust hazardous waste to units without hazardous waste management qualifications or other producers and operators, and strictly prevent hazardous waste from polluting the environment.
Fourth, strictly implement the relevant provisions of the pollution permit management system, and timely disclose the environmental prevention and control information of hazardous waste in accordance with the law. In accordance with the requirements of the "Measures for the Disclosure of Environmental Information of Enterprises and Institutions", the generation category, quantity, utilization and disposal of hazardous waste shall be disclosed in a timely manner on the Hebei Solid Waste Information Platform and other effective ways, and the situation shall be subject to public supervision.
